The language service industry is undergoing a profound paradigm shift, driven by deepening globalization and the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence.
Against this backdrop, the 2026 AI-Empowered Translation Service Industry Development (Guangzhou) Forum & 2026 Annual Conference of the TAC Translation Service Committee will be held on November 28–29, 2026, in Guangzhou. The event is hosted by the Translation Service Committee of the Translators Association of China and co-organized by Guangzhou Pierian Spring Translation Service Company and the School of Interpreting and Translation Studies, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
I. Conference Content
Centered on the theme “AI-Empowered Translation, Quality-Driven Future,” the conference will bring together leading experts, scholars, and business leaders from around the world to explore some of the most critical questions facing the industry: How is AI reshaping translation service models? How can it power corporate globalization strategies? And what will it take to build a new language service ecosystem for the future?
In parallel with the main conference sessions, a series of expert-led training programs and lectures will be offered to help drive high-quality development across the industry.The conference will also feature a number of corporate exhibition booths, showcasing the latest technologies and real-world applications shaping the field today.
